Plans and preparation are ongoing for an ‘Embody Lent’ week on the Hebridean island of Iona arriving 5th April and leaving on 11th April 2025. It’s the week before Holy Week and Easter. Pauline and Steve and Una Bentley will be leading and teaching during the week. if other yoga teachers book in they are welcome to teach a session too. Accommodation and all meals are in Iona Abbey. Costs vary depending on what you can afford, so it’s best to check the website or phone the Abbey and check www.Iona.org.uk
